Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of PocketBoss, including its websites, applications, features and related services (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is provided by PocketBoss Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC2A 4NE, United Kingdom (“PocketBoss”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The Service is intended for business use. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Where an organisation provides you with access, that organisation may control your account and content, and additional rules may apply.

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, harmful or malicious content;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
• interfere with, disrupt or place undue load on the Service;
• reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service except as permitted by law; or
• use the Service to build a competing product.

You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, notes, documents and other content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process and display Your Content solely to operate, secure and improve the Service and to provide it to you and your organisation.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide it and to authorise our processing of it.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to organise information, understand working patterns and provide automation, follow-up and workflow suggestions. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for your assistance only. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to rely on any output.

Our use of personal information in connection with these features is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics and trade marks (other than Your Content), is owned by or licensed to PocketBoss and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you. “PocketBoss” and associated marks are trade marks of PocketBoss Limited.

The Service may allow you to connect or interact with third-party tools and services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Connecting a third-party service is at your own discretion and risk.

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service, and may update its features, at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes where practicable.

Where the Service, or any part of it, is provided on a paid basis, the applicable fees, billing arrangements and payment terms will be set out separately at the point of purchase or in an order or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that outputs will be accurate or reliable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Subject to the above, we will not be liable for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred pounds (£100).

You agree to indemnify and hold PocketBoss harmless against any claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or Your Content, to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, the rights granted to you will end, though provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your place of residence.

We may update these Terms as the Service develops or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised Terms here and update the date below. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
